About Jonny Bann Consultancy
For more than a decade, I have led commercial growth successfully across hospitality, leisure, events, and membership organisations, building a reputation for transforming businesses, unlocking new revenue streams, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
My career began in the attractions industry, managing multimillion-pound budgets and major activations for brands including Lucasfilm and Nickelodeon. Highlights included helping launch the first Christmas experience at LEGOLAND Windsor and delivering large-scale events attracting over 30,000 visitors.
I then spent seven years operating two prestigious manor estates, building high-performing teams and transforming the venues into award-winning, multi-million-pound businesses. Together they hosted more than 300 weddings annually while pioneering corporate retreats and wellness experiences, leading to my appointment as a judge within the wedding industry.
From there, I joined a PLC-backed hospitality group, helping drive post-pandemic recovery and expansion again building the commercial function from the ground up, with the portfolio growing from 8 to 17 venues across restaurants, event spaces, accommodation, and members' clubs.
As Commercial Director at The Conduit, I added more than £1 million in annual revenue while helping reposition the club into a vibrant destination for both members and the public. Managing a community of over 3,000 members also deepened my expertise in sustainability, ESG, impact investment, and purpose-led business.
As Managing Director of a leading destination Farm and now through my consultancy work, I help businesses identify opportunities, accelerate growth, and build commercially successful organisations that stay true to their values.
